The method comprises the following steps of: 1) defining types of system hardware resource monitoring indexes; 2) periodically acquiring system hardware resource indexes; 3) establishing an analysis and assessment model for the system hardware resource monitoring indexes; and 4)analyzing and assessing system hardware resources. Aiming at automatic equipment resource data of multistage systems in a centralized operation and maintenance mode, multiple effective analysis and assessment methods are provided to predict system resource development trend, mine rules of system operation process and potential safety hazards, assist and schedule automatic operation and maintenance personnel to comprehensively grasp possible problems of the systems, enhance risk prevention levels of multistage intelligent power grid scheduling control systems, and satisfy requirements, for operation and maintenance work of scheduling control systems, of rapid development of power grids.
