Abstract

Each of the first pattern blocks and the second pattern blocks has at least one light reflection surface with different angles. Compared with the traditional pattern design, the stacked patterns can provide more light reflection surface, so that light is reflected at more angles and escaping of light out of a chip is realized and thus the luminous efficiency of the LED chip is improved.
