According to the device, when the land slide surges come, the surges pass through grids, so that energy dissipation is realized through water stream turbulent mixing; the speed and height of the land slide surges are lowered; and the speed and height of the land slide surges are lowered to an acceptable degree after passing through the multiple stages of hanging grids, so that basically the land slide surges do not threaten the dam before reaching the dam.
