Abstract

The invention discloses a system and a method for testing automobile air noise and fuel consumption and automobile exhaust emission. The system comprises US (national instruments) data acquisition card, LabVIEW 2014 engineering software, BSWAMPA466 model acoustic pressure meter, a vehicle-mounted tail gas detection device, a notebook computer and other equipment. According to the invention, the automobile wind noise test and the PEMS test are combined for the first time. Firstly, a vehicle-mounted emission testing system is built to obtain second-by-second automobile emission data, and a multi-element nonlinear data model with the wind-noise data acquired by the NI is then established. If one of the data (the air noise data or the fuel consumption and the tail gas emission data) is obtained, the other one data(fuel consumption and tail gas emission data or wind noise data) can be estimated.
