Embodiment Construction

[0021] Such as figure 1 As shown, the passive intermodulation testing device of an embodiment is provided, including a passive intermodulation tester 110 and a first transmission line 120, and the passive intermodulation tester 110 is connected to one end of the line of the device under test 130 through the first transmission line 120 , the other end of the line of the device under test 130 is connected to the load 200 . The passive intermodulation tester 110 transmits at least two carrier signals, which are output to the device under test 130 through the first transmission line 120, and the passive intermodulation tester 110 receives the passive intermodulation signal returned by the device under test 130 through the first transmission line 120 .

[0022] It can be understood that the passive intermodulation signal is an interference signal, that is, an interference signal generated by intermodulation between carrier signals when at least two carriers are transmitted on the ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a passive intermodulation testing device which comprises a passive intermodulation tester and a first transmission line, wherein the passive intermodulation tester is connected with one end of a line of equipment to be tested through a first transmission line, and the other end of the line of the equipment to be tested is connected with a load. The passive intermodulationtester transmits at least two carrier signals and outputs the at least two carrier signals to the equipment to be tested through the first transmission line, and the passive intermodulation tester receives passive intermodulation signals returned by the equipment to be tested through the first transmission line. That is, the equipment to be tested is placed between the passive intermodulation tester and the load, and the passive intermodulation tester is connected with the equipment to be tested through the first transmission line. After the carrier signals are absorbed by the load, the residual intermodulation interference signals can be fed back to the passive intermodulation tester through the first transmission line. The test is convenient, the test structure is simple, and signal forwarding does not need to be carried out through a tedious device. Rapid and stable transmission of signals can be ensured, and fast and stable passive intermodulation testing can be realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of testing, in particular to a passive intermodulation testing device. Background technique [0002] Since the birth of the cellular mobile system in the 1980s, the evolution of wireless communication has required an exponential increase in the frequency of line transmission data. 1G communication has solved the user needs of analog voice communication, and 2G has solved the high-quality digital voice communication and short message communication. 3G communication addresses the user needs of narrowband wireless Internet access, while 4G communication addresses the user needs of broadband multimedia mobile Internet. With the development of the Internet of Everything, it is expected that the next generation of communication (5G) will be commercialized in 2020. 5G communication will bring a large number of device connections and a data transmission rate of up to 10Gbps. It is necessary to use a higher spectrum...
