SNP related to the lactation piglet diarrhea resistance (or susceptibility) is found in a CTLA4 gene, and the SNP (shown in the description) is located in a 3' non-translation area of the CTLA4 gene. The invention further provides a PstI PCR-RFLP detection technology involving the SNP locus. In the Changbai pigs, through the molecular marking technology, piglets with a high capability of resisting diarrhea can be selected, and then the breeding process of a new Changbai pig diarrhea resistance strain is accelerated.
