Abstract

The invention discloses a segmented-type swing rotary furnace which comprises a roller, a driving device, a supporting device, a swing control device, a plurality of segmented plates and an intersegment conveying device. The rotating axis of the segmented-type swing rotary furnace is located outside the roller, and the driving device is used for driving the roller to swing around the rotating axisof the segmented-type swing rotary furnace in a reciprocating mode. The supporting device is used for supporting the roller to swing in the reciprocating mode, and the swing control device is connected with the driving device through a guide wire and used for controlling the swing radian and frequency of the roller. The multiple segmented plates are arranged in the roller, are connected with theinner wall of the roller in a sealed mode, and divide the roller into a plurality of mutually-independent working condition segments. The two ends of the intersegment conveying device communicate withthe two adjacent working condition segments, and the conveying axis of the intersegment conveying device and the rotating axis coincide to achieve conveying of solid materials between every two adjacent working condition segments. Operation of the roller in a segmented mode and under different working conditions is achieved.
