The method includes stepsof acquiring volume percent of gas components in a gas room at a first time point, a second time point and a third time point under a non-balance state; calculating the volume percent of the gas component in the gas room under the balance state according to the volume percent corresponding to the first time point, the volume percent corresponding to the second time point, the volume percent corresponding to the third point and the volume percent predicting formula. According to the volume percent of the gas component collected for many times under the non-balance state, the final value of thevolume percent of the gas component in the gas room under the balance state can be predicted; it is unnecessary to measure the volume percent of gas in the gas room after permeating to enter the balance state, thus time required to measure the volume percent of the dissolved gas in the oil is reduced.
