The invention discloses an establishment method for a total-cell three-dimensional two-phase model of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell. The model construction method comprises the steps of constructing a global conservation equation, constructing a liquid water distribution relevant conservation equation, constructing an electrochemical reaction relevant conservation equation, introducing a catalyst layer agglomerate model and constructing an expression of conservation equation source items. Relevant equations are established according to the steps, and through numerical solving calculation, gas concentration distribution, liquid water volume fraction distribution, membrane water distribution and cell performance in the proton exchange membrane fuel cell under a catalyst particle volume fraction and an electrolyte volume fraction in catalyst layers can be obtained. Most traditional models ignore liquid water in channels or do not consider the influence of gas-liquid phase change inthe channels. According to the model, a liquid water saturation equation is solved in the channels, and the gas-liquid phase change process is considered; and after liquid water distribution in the channels is obtained, the influence of liquid water on gas flowing in the channels is reflected through correction of a viscosity value in a gas momentum equation, and therefore a good data basis is provided for further research.

The invention discloses a method for predicting TC6 titanium alloy forging piece microstructural parameters, aimed at addressing the technical problem of poor practicality of current methods for predicting forging piece microstructural parameters. The technical solution includes the following steps: firstly determining TC6 titanium alloy forging deformation temperature, strain rate and 9 membership functions of straining and 27 fuzzy rules, then establishing a mathematical model between TC6 titanium primary [alpha] phase crystal grain size and volume fraction; adopting TC6 titanium alloy high temperature compression deformation experiment data, optimizing weight coefficient and weight value of the fuzzy rules, substituting the optimized weight coefficient and weight value to the mathematical model between TC6 titanium primary [alpha] phase crystal grain size and volume fraction, obtaining a prediction model between TC6 titanium primary [alpha] phase crystal grain size and volume fraction. According to the invention, the maximum error between a predicted testing sample result between TC6 titanium alloy forging piece crystal grain size and volume fraction and an experimental result is less than 5 %. The method of the invention has higher accuracy and strong practicality.

Method for preparing sianchau particle medicinal granules with multiple health care functions

The invention discloses a method for making an immortal grass granule with various health-caring functions. The steps are as follows: 1) Extracting the function ingredients: (1) Cut the whole immortal grass into grass segments the lengths of which are less than two centimeters; (2) Add 5 percent sodium carbonate (weight percentage) ethanol water with the volume fraction as 60 to 70 percent to the grass segments to lixiviate and the liquid-to-solid ratio is 18:1. Lixiviate continuously for three times after heating up to 70 to 80 degrees Celsius with three hours respectively for the first two times and one hour for the last time. Add a right amount of water to the lixiviating process in order to control the concentration of the filtrate, use a 200 mesh screen to leach the grass residue and merge the filtrate of three times; 2) Concentrating the function ingredients: (1) Put the merged extractant in the rotary evaporator and recycle the ethanol at 75 degrees Celsius; (2) Concentrate the filtrate to 1:1, that is, concentrate the filtrate into an immortal grass ointment which has the same quality to the invested immortal grass. The method has the advantages of simple and quick technology, low cost and high yield, and is suitable for industrial scale production.

The invention discloses a tracer-gas-volume-fraction-based integral measurement and calculation method for an air leakage of a working face behind a support. At a lower corner angle of a working face, tracer gas is released to a place with the certain depth in a goaf region near the lower corner angle of the working face at a constant amount; gas is extracted from gaps between supports by using gas measuring pipes at certain intervals along the working face length direction; a tracer gas volume fraction at a measuring point is analyzed; a tracer gas volume fraction distribution curve after supports is drawn, wherein a horizontal coordinate region included under the curve is a goaf facing working face tunnel air-leak region. With the integral method, the area encircled by the tracer gas volume fraction curve is solved and a tracer gas volume fraction of goaf air-leak attenuation is obtained; the attenuation tracer gas volume is divided by the tracer gas volume fraction to obtain a total air leak value of leaking in the goaf of the U-shaped ventilating working face. A ratio value of all segments of tracer gas volume fractions to volume fractions after integration is multiplied by the total air leak value of the goaf to obtain all air leak values of the working face.

The invention discloses a quick high-sensitivity microbiological identification method based on micromolecular metabolic substance spectral analysis. The micromolecular metabolic substance of microorganism is served as a detection object of the method, and the microorganism is identified through combining a mass spectrometry with a chemometrics method. The method specifically comprises the following steps: 1, culturing a monoclonal growing microorganism strain to be identified; 2, centrifuging an obtained monoclonal microorganism thallus sample to be identified to remove a medium, adding water or a phosphate buffer solution with the pH value of 7.2-7.6 to wash, and centrifuging to remove the residual medium; 3, adding ethanol water which has the volume fraction of 75-95% and is 2-4 times of the volume of the monoclonal microorganism thallus into the monoclonal microorganism thallus to be identified, and thus obtaining an extracting solution sample; 4, carrying out mass spectrometry test on the extracting solution sample; and 5, acquiring 5-20 spectral peaks from a sample mass spectrogram, analyzing the obtained data through utilizing a chemometrics method based on multi-variate statistical analysis, and realizing the thallus identification.
