Abstract

The air fryer is provided with an air feeding assembly and an inner pot, the upper lid assembly comprisesan upper lid and an air guide part, the air guide part is connected to the lower surface of the upper lid and is used for guiding airflow from the air feeding assembly to the inner pot and comprisesa first guide surface, a second guide surface, a third guide surface and a fourth guide surface, and the first guide surface extends upwards from the edge, close to the air feeding assembly, of the air guide part to a first top; the second guide surface extends downwards from the first top to a second bottom; the third guide surface extends upwards from the second bottom to a third top, and the third top is lower than the first top; the fourth guide surface extends downwards from the third top to a fourth bottom to form the edge, away from the air feeding assembly, of the air guide part. According to the upper lid assembly, airflow from the air feeding assembly can be more uniformly guided to the inner pot, so that food is more uniformly heated.
