Abstract

According to the method, a layer of slowly-volatilized reagent is sprayed to a metal workipece with the hook face surface through a liquid sprayer, a uniform adhering area is formed after spreading of the slowly-volatilized reagent, then, the solid particles are sprayed to the adhering area through a powder sprayer, and after the slowly-volatilized reagent of the adhering area is volatilized, adhering of the solid particles to the surface of the metal workpiece hook face is finished.The solid particles adhering through the method cannot have physical or chemical changes and are free of retention of additives and other impurities. Second-round spraying can be conducted by adjusting the spraying width of the liquid sprayer and the powder sprayer, and finally the adhering thickness of the solid particles on the surface of the metal workpiece hook face is controlled.
