The mobile terminal comprises a wifi chip and a solid state memory chip, wherein a write-protection switch is arranged in firmware of the solid state memory chip, an antitheft module is arranged in firmware of the wifi chip, and judges whether operating system mirror image data written by an input port of the mobile terminal includes user verification information or not, and if not, the antitheft module triggers the write-protection switch to close a data writing channel of the solid state memory chip. By means ofthe mobile terminal, the antitheft protection intensity of the mobile terminal can be improved.
