Embodiment

[0019] Example: such as figure 1 As shown, this embodiment specifically relates to a method for detecting the ballast stiffness based on the vertical vibration characteristics of the rail. The method determines the relationship function between the vertical first-order resonance frequency of the rail 1 and the ballast stiffness, and through actual measurement The vertical first-order resonance frequency of rail 1 is obtained; the measured vertical first-order resonance frequency is substituted into the relational function to obtain the ballast stiffness of ballast 4 below rail 1; the method specifically includes the following steps:

[0020] (1) Determine the rail type of rail 1. In this embodiment, rail 1 is 60 kg / m rails.

[0021] (2) Determine the relationship function between the vertical first-order resonance frequency of rail 1 and ballast stiffness.

[0022] In this embodiment, the relationship function between the vertical first-order resonance frequency of the rai...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detection railway ballast stiffness based on rail vertical vibration characteristic. The method comprises the following steps: determining a relation function between vertical first-order resonance frequency of a rail and railway ballast stiffness; measuring the vertical first-order resonance frequency of the rail; and substituting the measured vertical first-order resonance frequency into the relation function to calculate the railway ballast stiffness. The advantages are that the method is a nondestructive detection method, and thus the stability of a rail structure is not influenced in the detection process; the detection method can be used for long-term monitoring of stiffness of seamless railway ballast, and change of railway ballast stiffness canbe judged based on change of the vertical first-order resonance frequency in different detection periods; and the method has the advantages of being simple and convenient to operate, time saving and high in reliability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting ballast stiffness, in particular to a method for detecting ballast stiffness based on rail vertical vibration characteristics. Background technique [0002] High speed and heavy load are the remarkable characteristics of the development of modern railway operation mode. In this case, the stability of railway track and the rationality of line stiffness are particularly important. Because the ballast stiffness will gradually change with the operation of the train, generally this change shows an increasing trend, and when there is a sudden change in the ballast stiffness in a certain section of the line, a large dynamical irregularity will occur when the train passes, resulting in wheel-rail interaction. The sudden change of force will cause a large environmental vibration at the same time. For the existing line, since the ballast is located under the rail, it is not suitable to take out the ballast directl...
