The method comprises the steps of sampling a current waveform in a recent preset time period, and calculating an intensity change quantity of a current; if the intensity change quantity is greater than a first preset threshold, judging that a transient process of the current waveform begins, separately recording a transient waveform, and triggering a transient completion judgment algorithm; starting to calculate the intensity change quantity of the current by the transient completion judgment algorithm, and if the intensity change quantity in a preset number of continuous cycles is smaller than a second preset threshold, judging that the transient process is ended, and stopping recording the transient waveform separately; and outputting the recorded transient waveform.
