A medical instrument holding device includes a grasping portion onto which a medical instrument is mounted, an acceptant arm supported by a link mechanism, and a ball joint element adapted to be fixed to and released from the acceptant arm. The grasping portion is connected to the acceptant arm by the ball joint element arranged above or below the longitudinal axis of the acceptant arm. An insert is disclosed for use in cutting tool applications having two major faces and at least two cutting edges. The insert is indexable by repositioning the cutting insert from one face to the other face. The inserts may be mounted in a seat formed in a fixed cutting tool. The seat has a major seating surface for mounting the insert and for receiving a retainer at a predetermined angle. In one form, the seat may also have dovetail walls oriented to engage side walls of the insert and to reduce the shear force against the retainer during contact between the insert and a rotating workpiece. An integrative deep draft floating production platform with unconditional stability and an offshore installation method thereof are disclosed. Thus, when the print head reciprocates, the tube can flex smoothly and the resistance applied to the print head by the tube can be restricted, allowing proper ink supply to the print head.

A door handle includes a casing inside which an accommodation space is provided, and a lamp unit disposed in the accommodation space. The lamp unit includes a light emission element, a circuit board on which the light emission element is mounted, and a combination member including a housing and a light guiding lens.
