simulation, and discloses an aero-engine complete
machine full-three-
dimensional simulation initial field presetting method and
system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining initial flow field boundaries of different parts from the zero-dimensional level of a complete
machine by solving inlet section parameters and outlet section parameters of each part; then obtaining an initial field of each blade row in a
turbine part, which has the most critical influence on the convergence of an engine, through a quasi-three-dimensional layer S2, and realizing initial field
decomposition from the part to the part; and finally, by adopting a
radial basis function interpolation method, mapping the zero-dimensional data and the S2 quasi-three-dimensional parameters to each grid unit of the complete machine full-three-dimensional model of the aero-engine, and then smoothly splicing the initialized flow fields of all the components at the interface to form a continuous complete machine three-
dimensional simulation initial field under the examination working condition. The convergence of a whole
machine simulation example, the
simulation convergence speed and the
numerical stability are greatly improved, the
simulation trial and error iteration is reduced, the pretreatment time consumption is reduced, and the simulation speed and efficiency are improved.
