The system comprises a geological database, a mining scheme constructing module, a geological environment analysis module, a digital mock-up analysis module and an equipment performance evaluation module. The present invention also discloses an analysis method using the system. The method comprises: establishing a mining area geographic information system according to the geological database; converting each coal seam mining scheme into a propulsion path and coordinate data of a fully-mechanized mining equipment in a geological environment, converting a cutting process scheme into an operating parameter of the fully-mechanized mining equipment, and associating the operating parameter of the fully-mechanized mining equipment with the propulsion path and coordinates; and extracting partial geographic environment information and the associated equipment operating parameter along the propulsion path, performing operation simulation and performance analysis by converting the partial geographic environment information and the associated equipment operating parameter into load and boundary conditions that are applied to a digital three-dimensional model of the fully-mechanized mining equipment, and performing comprehensive performance evaluation. In the calculation process, no interpolation needs to be conducted, the data operation amount can be decreased, and the processing efficiency can be improved; under the data segmentation condition, the displacement amount of a staggered image in the space can be accurately estimated and corrected, the correction accuracy can reach the sub pixel level, and accurate and reliable data are provided for the subsequent high-accuracy imaging.
