Abstract

The present invention discloses a fully-mechanized mining equipment digital mock-up analysis system based on a geographic information system. The system comprises a geological database, a mining scheme constructing module, a geological environment analysis module, a digital mock-up analysis module and an equipment performance evaluation module. The present invention also discloses an analysis method using the system. The method comprises: establishing a mining area geographic information system according to the geological database; converting each coal seam mining scheme into a propulsion path and coordinate data of a fully-mechanized mining equipment in a geological environment, converting a cutting process scheme into an operating parameter of the fully-mechanized mining equipment, and associating the operating parameter of the fully-mechanized mining equipment with the propulsion path and coordinates; and extracting partial geographic environment information and the associated equipment operating parameter along the propulsion path, performing operation simulation and performance analysis by converting the partial geographic environment information and the associated equipment operating parameter into load and boundary conditions that are applied to a digital three-dimensional model of the fully-mechanized mining equipment, and performing comprehensive performance evaluation. According to the digital mock-up analysis system and method based on the geographic information system provided by the present invention, a comprehensive, reliable and effective analysis can be performed on the performance of the fully-mechanized mining equipment according to a complex geological environment; and a performance evaluation and warning can be performed on the fully-mechanized mining equipment.
