The upper side of the supporting plate is fixedly connected with a crank arm. An anti-collision structure is arranged at the other end side, away from the rotary plate, of the supporting plate. The crank arm is provided with a carrying trough. The anti-collision structure comprises a hollow rod, a solid rod, an elastic assembly, an abutting rod and a pressure sensor, whereina pressure sensor is fixed to the inner wall of the hollow rod and sleeved with the elastic assembly; the other end of the elastic assembly is fixedly connected with the solid rod; the junction end ofthe solid rod and the elastic assembly is inserted into the hollow rod and fixedly connected with the abutting rod; and the other end of the abutting rod is aligned with the pressure sensor.
