The method for closing and opening package copy function of PDCP includes steps of: receiving at least one MAC CE sent from the base station, wherien the MAC CE carries target carrier information; according to the MAC CE, closing PDCP package copying function of DRB or SRB which is mapped onto a logistic channel corresponding to target carrier wave and opens the package copy function of PDCP. In the embodiment, by closing the PDCP package copying function of DRB or SRB which is mapped onto a logistic channel corresponding to target carrier wave and opens the package copy function of PDCP, a problem of inavailable transmission of a data package on the logistic channel corresponding to the inactivated target carrier wave can be solved.
