The inner part of the quartz tube is composed of the converting tube, a light energy converting layer and the water chamber. Two sides of the quartz tube are provided with heater covers fixedly.One side of the heater cover is provided with an end cover fixedly. The inner part of the heater cover is fixedly provided with a heating connector. The inner part of the end cover is fixedly provided with a terminal. One side of the terminal is connected with the heating connector, and the other side is connected with an electric wire. One side of the heating connector is connected with the carbon fiber heating member. The carbon fiber heating member is fixedly arranged in the converting tube. One side of the converting tube is fixedly provided with the water chamber. One side of the water chamber is fixedly provided with a water inlet and a water outlet.
