The lossless elastic elevator rope head combination is characterized in that the bottoms of the buffer springs are provided with double reduction rubber, and the double reduction rubber is positioned in a supporting seat; the core part of the supporting seat is provided with a tenon head with an inner hole matched with the guiding rod, and the tenon head and the supporting seat are connected through a threaded plug pin; and the bottom of the supporting seat is provided with an axial boss, and the rope head plate is provided with a counterbore matched with the axial boss.
