Abstract

The invention discloses a mesh belt cleaning device for a ceramic fiber collector. The mesh belt cleaning device comprises a roller, a broken cotton blowing system and a dust hood, wherein at least two wire brushes for cleaning a cotton collector mesh belt are arranged on the roller, and the roller is connected with a driving device which drives the roller to rotate, such that the wire brushes canclean the cotton collector mesh belt during rotation; the broken cotton blowing system is used for blowing toward the cotton collector mesh belt, and a nozzle of the broken cotton blowing system canmove relative to the cotton collector mesh belt; and the dust hood is used for receiving broken cotton falling from the cotton collector mesh belt and is arranged below the roller. When the mesh beltcleaning device works, the roller rotates to enable the wire brushes on the roller to clean and loosen the broken cotton first, the cleaned and loosened broken cotton is blown by the nozzle, falls off, and then enters the dust hood situated below the roller or the nozzle; and as the movable nozzle is arranged, the problem of incomplete cleaning of the broken cotton can be solved.
