As for different needs of cooling and dehumidification, the ratio of refrigerant passing through a first pipeline and the second pipeline is adjusted, when dehumidification is not needed, all the refrigerant enters a first condenser through the first pipeline, and when dehumidification is needed, the refrigerant can partially or wholly enter the hot coil pipe through a second guiding pipe for dehumidification. When the cooling capacity needs to be increased, the second cooling system is started for cooling and dehumidification, dehumidification is conducted through self thermal cycle, additionally arranging of dehumidification devices is not needed, energy is saved, materials are reduced, and dehumidification is safe and reliable.
