A cam is controlled to vertically move and rotate around a supporting shaft through by adopting an electromagnetic extension mechanism and controlling rotation of the supporting shaft to adjust the elastic arc-shaped outline of the front leaning face of the seat backrest, and meanwhile the dip angle of the seat backrest is adjusted in a gear adjustment way. The man-machine interface design is effectively optimized, the driving fatigue strength is reduced, and the occurrence probability of driving diseases is reduced. The invention provides a backrest outline comfort level simulation method based on the double-adjustment driving seat. finite element analysis is conducted ona constructed human-seat coupling model to obtain equivalent stress envelope and change situation of the human back under different conditions, and accordingly the comfort design of the seat is guided.
