Benefits of technology

This patented technology helps separate polypsychopeptidyl (PT) amygdalactone from other compounds that were found during processing or storage of certain plants called Akathera bifolium citreata L.). By utilizing this technique, it can be used effectively without damaging any important ingredients like flavorings.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed by this patents relates to extracting and separating specific types of vegetable polyps called Achillea triandra Linnema Trispidolobium Trevibi Turtze Root Benth., which contains various different substances that can help improve health outcomes such as reducing inflammation caused by viruses like measles virus disease, diabetes mellitus, hepatitis C, rheumatosis, skin cancer, etc. Additionally, these plants contain certain components found naturally within them known as chlorophyll rubber gums, which has many medicinal benefits including antimicrobial activity against tumors, blood pressure lowerings, prevention of radiation damage, protection against harmful microorganisms, reduction of nitric oxide levels in liver cells, stimulating production of growth factors associated with angiotensinogenesis, and enhancing cellular metabolism.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for separating polysaccharides from an akebia trifoliate koiaz peel pectin degradation product. The method comprises the following steps: 1), washing akebia trifoliatekoiaz peel pectin by using distilled water, drying, then pulverizing, degreasing by using petroleum ether, removing small molecular sugar by using ethanol, leaching a material residue by using water, centrifugalizing a leaching solution, taking a supernatant, concentrating the supernatant, and then adding ethanol for alcohol precipitation to obtain an alcohol precipitation product, namely crude total polysaccharides; 2), removing protein, performing alcohol precipitation, washing, dialyzing and drying the crude total polysaccharides to obtain refined total polysaccharides; 3), during extraction, adding a NaCl solution into the refined total polysaccharides according to a material-liquid ratio of 1:25 (g:ml), performing ultrasonic treatment for the ultrasonic time of 10min at the ultrasonic temperature of 80 DEG C and at the ultrasonic power of 350W, extracting for 2-3 times, and controlling the PH value of the solution at 9-11; 4), during separation, precipitating for 3-5 hours by using absolute ethanol, wherein the addition amount of the ethanol is five folds.
