Abstract

The invention provides a cooperative game resource configuration method comprising the steps of initializing a cognitive small cell network and each parameter and state of a mobile user terminal; computing a path loss gain between each base station and a cognitive user; acquiring updated transmission power of each cognitive user; updating a sub-channel index of a small cell base station; updatingthe Lagrangian of the small cell base station via step length; updating the Lagrangian of a macro base station via the step length; performing iteration to reach the best optimization or the maximum number of iteration times; computing a utility function; and assessing the fairness of the cognitive user in the small cell network. The invention also provides a cooperative game resource configuration system of the small cell network. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the requirements on capacity and user fairness can be met under the premise of not reducing the qualityof service and considering incomplete CSI.
