Abstract

The invention relates to a relay base quality optimization system based on simplex search. The system is connected with an injection molding machine through a data communication interface, and comprises a detection unit and an upper computer, wherein the upper computer comprises a quality optimization initial module, a simplex search optimization module, a preprocessing module, a post processing module and an optimization process assessment module, wherein the detection unit carries out quality detection on a relay base produced by the injection molding machine; the detection value is transmitted to the upper computer through the data communication interface; the upper computer assesses the optimality of the group of parameters, the simplex search optimization module gives an iterative process parameter combination in a next step, and the parameter combination is transmitted to the injection molding machine for online experiment through the communication interface between the upper computer and the injection molding machine. The above process is carried out iteratively until a reasonable combination of optimal process parameters is found. The execution cost is small, and the optimization time and the experiment cost are saved.
