The assembly is characterized in that a bent part with the memorizing function is arranged at the portion, close to the positioning end, of the positioning guiding wire, the bent part deforms to be linear when the positioning guiding wire is inserted into the inner hole of the puncture needle, and the bent part recovers to be bent after the positioning guiding wire gets away from the inner hole of the puncture needle.
