Problems solved by technology

In addition, in the process of planting some seeds, directional sowing is also required. For example, when garlic is planted, the garlic needs to be directed upwards. This involves directional sowing. There is no better automated solution so far.

Embodiment 1

[0031] Example 1, according to figure 1 , figure 2 Shown.

[0032] Three coordinate axes, the included angle between X and Y axis is 120° (not 90°), Z axis is perpendicular to the X, Y plane, the positive direction of X is along the 1# motor, and the positive direction of the Y axis is along the 3# motor, such as Top view figure 1 : The positions of the three motors are as above, and the areas are divided as follows: when the onion head is between 0°-60°, 120°-180°, 180°-240°, 300°-360°, the onion head should be projected on the XZ plane ; When the onion head is between 60°-120° and 240°-300°, due to the existence of 90° and 270°, the onion head can only be projected on the YZ plane.

[0033] °-60°: (projected on the XZ plane)

[0034] The onion head is at point P, assuming that the coordinates of point P are P(a,b,c), make XZ perpendicular to the direction parallel to the XY plane through point P, the vertical foot is M, and the O'MP plane must be parallel to the XY plane , Point...

Abstract

The invention discloses a spherical fruit and vegetable posture automatic adjustment method and device based on computer vision. The device comprise a camera, three avoidance stepper motors, a single-chip microcomputer controller and a computer, wherein angles among rotating wheels of the three stepper motors are 120 degrees; the camera is arranged directly above center shafts of the three steppermotors and is connected to the computer; one end of the single-chip microcomputer controller is connected to the computer; and the other of the single-chip microcomputer controller is connected to the three stepper motors. The method comprises the following steps of: imaging spherical fruit and vegetables through the camera; judging the position coordinates of horizontal planes where the fruit and vegetable heads are positioned by the computer through images; respectively working out the radiuses of the fruit and vegetables and needed rotating angles; controlling the three stepper motors to rotate through the single-chip microcomputer controller so as to cause the center shafts of the spherical fruit and vegetable to be upward and vertical to the horizontal plane, thus realizing the automatic adjustment of the spherical fruit and vegetable. Particularly, a green onion or the stem of an apple is adjusted through rotation so as to provide good postures for the automatic hilum cutting ofthe green onion and the automatic bagging of the apple in the next step.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention discloses a method and device for automatically adjusting the posture of spherical fruits and vegetables, in particular to a method and device for turning onion heads or apple stalks upwards and directly upwards, which is matched with the automatic cutting of onions and apples. The fruit handle is used in the outer bag production line. Background technique [0002] The post-harvest commercial processing of onions includes onions grading and sorting, peeling, and root cutting. The current process of automatic onion root cutting requires manual alignment of the onions in order to control the clamping tool to clamp the roots at both ends. Cut off the root and head of the onion by rotating the knife. The channel automatically adjusts the posture of the onion, which can automatically align the root and head of the onion to the clamping tool, replacing manual work, and can be connected with a sorting device and a pneumatic peeling device to realize...
