The control circuit board is provided with a data receiving and transmitting module used for receiving commands and sending data, a positioning module used for positioning the platform and an information processing module used forprocessing the received commands. The remote control device comprises an information receiving and transmitting module, a display module, a data processing module and an input module. The informationreceiving and transmitting module of the remote control device is connected with the data receiving and transmitting module of the control circuit board in a communicating mode.
