On the premise of guaranteeing requirements of flight, the flange at the front end of the rotor shaft bears tangential force in the rotor shaft ring through the arc-shaped slide slot in the drive disc when the main drive motor drives the drive disc to rotate, so that power is provided for simultaneously sliding the rotor shaft in the arc-shaped slide slot and the T-shaped slide slot, and therefore, the rotor shaft linearly moves in the T-shaped slide slot, and the rotor shaft is controlled to extend andshrink relative to the drive disc.
