The projection area is located in a view field of the image collection unit. The gesture recognition unit forms a touch detection area on the desktop, on which projection is carried out, recognizes a gesture in the touch detection area, and sends the recognized gesture to the central control unit. The image collection unit collects image data corresponding to the projectionarea, and sends the image data to the central control unit. The central control unit judges, according to the image data, whether a human face appears in the projection area, and executes interactioncontrol, which matches the gesture, when it is judged that no human face appears in the projection area.
