Abstract

The invention provides a wireless radio frequency transmitter. The wireless radio frequency transmitter comprises a baseband processor, a digital-to-analog converter, a low-pass filter, a voltage-controlled oscillating circuit, a fractional frequency division circuit and a mixer, wherein the baseband processor is used for modulating data to be transmitted to form a baseband modulation signal; thedigital-to-analog converter is used for performing digital-to-analog conversion on the baseband modulation signal; the low-pass filter is used for performing low-pass filtering on the baseband modulation signal being subjected to the digital-to-analog conversion; the voltage-controlled oscillating circuit is used for generating a reference clock signal; the fractional frequency division circuit isused for performing fractional frequency division on the reference clock signal to generate a local oscillation signal; and the mixer is used for performing up-conversion on the baseband modulation signal being subjected to low-pass filtering according to the local oscillation signal to form a radio frequency transmission signal. Through adoption of the radio frequency transmitter, the influenceof integer harmonics of the local oscillation signal on the voltage-controlled oscillation circuit is lowered greatly. Compared with the prior art, the wireless radio frequency transmitter has the advantage that the influence of integer harmonics of the local oscillation signal on the voltage-controlled oscillation circuit is lowered greatly.
