AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

The present technology describes methods that use special equipment called probes during medical procedures such as surgeries where there are many small holes made through bones near their ends. These techniques help reduce pain while also allowing blood vessels to flow freely throughout them without getting trapped inside they could potentially harm patients. Additionally, these devices have been developed specifically target specific areas within the body like those involved in lymphatic system regulation. Overall, this technology helps improve outcomes after operations compared to traditional ways involving cutting openings around each area being treated.

Problems solved by technology

Technological Problem: Existing Interventional Techniques such as XLIF or THALLOC® involve invasive procedures like open heart surgeries while minimizing blood loss and reducing complications associated with these treatments. Additionally, current energy-based therapies suffer drawbacks including increased risks involved in bleeding caused by oblique incision points along the long bone spine.

Embodiment Construction

[0032] Embodiments of the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only examples, rather than limiting the protection scope of the present invention.

[0033] figure 1 A schematic diagram of the operation of the quadratus lumborum plane block method according to the embodiment of the present invention is shown. In this embodiment, when the block operation is performed, the patient 100 is in a lateral position. Of course, the prone position can also be used as required, that is, the posture of the patient 100 crawling and lying face down.

Abstract

The invention discloses a quadratus lumborum plane block method. The method comprises steps as follows: an ultrasonic probe is located in a preset position of the back of a patient, wherein the presetposition is the position from the chest 12 spine to the waist 1 vertebrae thorn on the midspinal line, and the probe is placed to be perpendicular to a body in the longitudinal axis; the ultrasonic probe sequentially selects multiple scanning positions for scanning from the preset position from inside to outside, and ultrasonic imaging is performed on each scanned position, so that multiple images planes are obtained; a puncture plane is found through the multiple images planes, and puncture is performed on the patient in the puncture plane in the puncturing direction from the tail end to thehead end of the patient. The method is favorable for simultaneous double-side blocking and more perfect analgesia is provided for abdominal operation. Vertical-axis scanning and scanning of the upperlumbar segment are not affected by ribs, and quadratus lumborum block of the upper lumbar segment can be realized. Besides, the block part of the quadratus lumborum block of the upper lumbar segmentis closer to the chest, and better thoracic paravertebral block effects can be obtained only with fewer medicines.
