The field layer being a basic unit of the control system consists of a sensor and an action execution unit and is used for controlling an end effector of a field controlled device to complete theaction of the basis unit and collection of a switch quantity measured by the sensor. The monitoring layer serving as a bridge between the field layer and the management layer includes an MCU, PLC orPC to complete filed layer monitoring and accept management of the management layer. The monitoring layer is able to receive and process state information of the field layer, feed back the informationto the management layer, receive an instruction of the management layer, and determine whether to perform the action based on the state information of the field layer.
