Abstract

The invention provides a data transmission method, a terminal, network-side equipment and a computer readable storage medium. The data transmission method applied to the terminal comprises the steps that the terminal respectively transmits duplicated transmission data to different RLC (Radio Link Control) entities when the network side configures or activates a carrier to use a packet duplicationmode; one of the different RLC entities transmits the transmission data to a main MAC entity through a logical channel, and each of the left RLC entities respectively transmit the transmission data todifferent auxiliary MAC entities through different logical channels; and the main MAC entity and the auxiliary MAC entities transmit the transmission data to the network side through different carriers. In the invention, according to the number of the logical channels corresponding to the carriers applying the packet duplication mode, the same number of MAC entities are introduced, so that the logical channels corresponding to the carriers applying the packet duplication mode are ensured to perform scheduling and transmission through different MAC entities.
