Abstract

The invention provides an on-line brushing and writing method for automobile instruments and an upper computer. The method comprises the following steps of: importing a program file by the upper computer, wherein the program file is compiled by a compiler corresponding to the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) model of an instrument and obtained after transposition; and carrying out CAN (Controller Area Network) communication between the upper computer and the ECU of the instrument through a Vector tool to brush and write codes of the program file into the ECU via a CAN bus.
