The method comprises the following steps: step S1:collecting system information; step S2: establishing a multi-objective wind power acceptance level optimization model considering environmental value and peak regulation margin according to system information; step S3: using a multi-objective quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the multi-objective wind power acceptance level optimization model, and obtaining the Pareto frontierof total cost and peak regulation safety margin; and step S4: using the ideal point method to obtain the compromise solution of the Panato frontier of the total cost and the peak regulation safety margin, and obtaining the output of the thermal power in each period and the optimal acceptance level of wind power in each period.
