The joint unlocking mechanism comprises a memory composite tube, a shaft core, an inner sleeve, an outer sleeve, a ball, a compression spring and a loading nut. The inner sleeve is inlaid into the first band tightening column at the end part of one band, and the outer sleeve is arranged on one end of the inner sleeve in a sleeving mode. The memory composite tube is arranged on the inner sleeve in the sleeving mode and is positioned between the first band tightening column and the outer sleeve. The compression spring is arranged on the outer sleeve in a sleeving mode,and the two ends of the compression spring butt against the position between the outer sleeve and the second band tightening column at the end part of the other band. One end of the shaft core penetrates into the inner sleeve, and the other end of the shaft core penetrates through the second band tightening column and then is in threaded connection with the loading nut.
