Abstract

The invention discloses a constant-force unloading device and method for satellite borne loop antennas. The device comprises a linear guide rail (1), a slide block (2), a fixed pulley (3), an unloading ropes (4), spring scales (5) and connecting blocks (6). The fixed pulley (3) is mounted on the slide block (2); the slide block (2) is mounted on the guide rail (1), and can freely slide along the guide rail (1); the unloading ropes (4) are bypassed through the fixed pulley (3); the connecting blocks (6) are mounted at the two ends of the unloading ropes (4), and are mounted in hinge positions at two ends of antenna cross bars; and the spring scales (5) are serially connected to the middle of each unloading rope (4). The constant-force unloading device and method can thoroughly overcome thedeformation of the antenna cross bars caused by unloading force; and through adjustment by the fixed pulley, the unloading force is balanced in two hinge joints to achieve the purpose of constant-force unloading.
