Abstract

The present disclosure provides a window control device and method for a vehicle. The window control device includes: a drive motor configured to open and close a window glass; a sensor configured togenerate a pulse signal corresponding to a rotation of the drive motor; and a controller configured to repeatedly perform a safety function based on monitoring results of the pulse signal.
