Abstract

The grape multiple-quality non-destructive detection method comprises: 1, collecting the background spectrum information and the whiteboard spectrum information of a training environment to form a matrix M, and collecting the spectrum information of a sample grape to form a matrix L; 2, collecting the quality information of the sample grape to form a matrix Q; 3, training a grape quality detection model by using the matrix L as input and using the matrix Q as output through an SVM algorithm; 4, collecting the background spectrum information and the whiteboard spectrum information of a detection environment to form a matrix M', collecting the spectrum matrix N of to-be-detected grape, and forming a correction matrix S based on M and M' through a PDS algorithm; and 5, correcting the spectrum N of the to-be-detected sample by using the matrix S to form N', and inputting N' into the grape quality detection model to obtain the quality detection information of the to-be-detected grape.
