Abstract

The invention relates to a knowledge management system which comprises a cloud platform, a user module and a checking module. The cloud platform is used for storing files and officially releasing thefiles. The user module is used for establishing a database and pre-releasing the files on the cloud platform, and includes at least two user levels. The checking of a first-level user is conducted byan upper level and an authorized user checks the files released by the first-level users. The checking module generates a checking sheet according to the files released by the users. An ordinary checking sheet is generated after an ordinary user pre-releases the file on the cloud platform, and is checked by the authorized user. If the authorized user agrees, the file is officially released on thecloud platform. If the authorized user does not agree, the file is returned along the original way. The file released by the authorized user is directly released on the cloud platform and is not required to be checked. The uses can be divided into multiple levels. The each level is checked by the upper level, thereby simplifying a workflow.
