According to the method provided by the invention, a lane at the entrance of a road intersection is set to a viable guide lane shared by left turning and going straight; and the road resources are allocated again based on the function of pre-signal-based real-time transformation of the go-straight and left turning of the variable guide lane under the condition of the traffic flow with unbalanced layout, so that the utilization rate of the traffic facility of the road intersection is increased.
