A medium enters the first ball valve from the inlet of the first flange end cover, the meter needle valve and a plug take the effects of discharging, sampling, measuring pressure, shunting and configuring a converter, the first ball valve is a main stop valve, and the second ball valve can stop and reverse flow, and enable a pressure meter to reset to zero for a secondary medium. The combined ball needle valve has double stopping double discharging functions, and is suitable for pipeline devices with the functions of stopping, adjusting, discharging, sampling and so on.
