The preparation method comprises the following steps of drying the corn straw, crushing, and screening, so as to obtain corn straw powder; mixing the corn straw powder, distillers' grain, bacterial residue, cow excrement and deionized water, fermenting, filtering, drying, treating in a ball grinding way, screening, gradually heating and carbonizing, so as to obtain a carbonized material; mixing a modified polyvinyl alcohol solution and a peachgum solution, sequentially adding hydrochloric acid, a glutaraldehyde solution and the carbonized material, stirring and mixing, filtering, washing, and drying under the vacuum condition, so as to obtain pretreated charcoal; mixing modified montmorillonite and an organic solvent, treating by ultrasonic waves, adding the deionized water, pretreating charcoal and phospholipids, stirring and mixing,dripping ethyl orthosilicate, and continuing to stir, so as to obtain the corn straw charcoal-based composite adsorbent.
