The two transmission mechanisms control switching on and switching off of an inlet valve and an exhaust valve correspondingly under the drive of the cams. The transmission mechanisms comprise tappet pillars, tappet rods, guide holes and upper rocker arms. The guide holes are formed in the crankshaft box, the tappet pillars are located in the guide holes and are coaxially arranged with the guide holes, the bottom faces of the tappet pillars prop against the cams, the tappet pillars perform vertical reciprocating movement in the axial direction ofthe guide holes along with rotation of the cams so as to drive the tappet rods to move up and down, and finally switching on and switching off of the inlet valve and the exhaust valve is controlled through the upper rocker arms.
