Abstract

The invention relates to a method for querying keywords in a federated RDF database. The method comprises the steps that (1) a corresponding pattern diagram is abstracted by accessing SPARQL query interfaces provided by different RDF data sources; (2) candidate class point queues corresponding to all the keywords are found out through a full-text retrieval interface provided by an existing SPARQLengine; (3) all the keywords are mapped to the corresponding class points in the pattern diagram, and a pattern diagram with the keywords being mapped is obtained; (4) starting from the mapped keywords, a plurality of sub-structure diagrams with different keywords being connected are obtained from the pattern diagram; (5) a corresponding SPARQL query is constructed for each sub-structure diagram;and (6) the multiple SPARQL queries are sent to the SPARQL query interfaces in the RDF data sources to obtain the query results. The method is feasible and efficient, and the keyword query results inthe federated RDF database can be calculated within the acceptable time.
