According to the invention, the analog signals outputted by rotary transformers connected with the plurality of rotary transformer wiring terminals are converted into corresponding angles through the decoding circuit, thereby achieving the decoding of the rotary transformers at the same time. The angles are converted by the CAN bus into the corresponding CAN bus information, and the CAN bus information is transmitted to the CAN bus connected with a first CAN communication interface.
